I'm Quinton L. Brooks — U.S. Navy veteran, Maxwell Leadership & Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Coach, and author. Through Divine Inspiration, Men S.H.I.F.T.T. was formed. I lived the pain of not knowing who I was, and I found purpose on the other side.
